I have a problem with my Netflix. I installed it and everything, it was all great until I logged in.
When I logged in, it took me to the logo and the little loading icon. A few minutes went by and then this message appeared:
"Unable to Connect to Netflix, visit netflix.com/tvhelp for more information."
I already uninstalled it and installed it again. My internet is not the problem since everything else is working.
I'm from Mexico, so I'm not sure if the service on the Wii U is up for us yet, not sure if that could be it.
Also, I chose my country of residence as the US (as well as my NN account) so I could link my console with my Club Nintendo account. Perhaps that could also be the problem.
Any idea of what I can do to fix this issue?
