I'm just some college student who happens to play video games on my spare time when I'm not working, doing homework, or spending time with the gf. Anyone use headsets while gaming?

And if so, which ones would you recommend? I've been doing some research about headsets and it looks like the Afterglow and the Triton's are the way to go. If anyone can make recommendations, please do so. I'd be interested in getting a headset for my Wii U in the near future.

I decided to join these forums after looking through some topics and being that I haven't been part of a forum for a long time (the last one being GameSpot's forums, eww), I decided to give this a try.
