No
Sounds like a furry version of a high school anime. Also no Krystal.
But that would be epic

2017 or 2018 will probably bring us the successor if you ask me.

Said it many times but with Darksiders art talent at Retro they need to make a new Metroid. The former Prime artists left to 343(why Halo 4 enemies look just like Primes) Grays works is in the enemies of DKTF but let him let loose on Metroid. For those who never played Darksiders
Some of his stuff http://grayginther.deviantart.com/
Also did The Jailer in DS and Wars Chaoseater and others. He's not Joe Mad but still very talented. Be shame if it never happens
I'm also thinking Shiggy's game will be an FPS since it's the only thing he hasn't done and said that's the genre he wants to work on.
That would be pretty interesting to see. One can only hope for such thing.

A Dark Souls-themed cafe opened in Tokyo, Japan on Jan. 6 and allows customers to step into the world of Dark Souls – the cuisine at least.
The cafe is a collaboration between Australian-themed OZ cafe and Dark Souls developer From Software and features a menu inspired by the game. Customers can order Estus(beer), roasted mushroom people(sauteed king oyster mushrooms) and ring of stone(onion rings).
Food isn't the only part of the Dark Souls experience at the cafe. Check out Kotaku's photo gallery to see the cafe's atmosphere.
Dark Souls released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in September, 2011 in Japan and October, 2011 in North America. Dark Souls II releases for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on March 11 in North America and on March 13 in Japan.
When folks say "Japan has everything" they really aren't messing around. Hopefully getting a table won't be as hard as beating the game LOL

This is from the latest issue of Official Nintendo Magazine.

“We consider Retro as part of the Nintendo family and a very capable game development studio. As a Nintendo development team, they will keep working not only with SPD, but also with the teams in Kyoto. They might even work on a title that Miyamoto-san leads directly in the future.
“However, the SPD team assigned to Retro is working together with them as a single team and I hope that will continue this way- on Mario Kart 7, for example, SPD staff were involved as co-ordinators. I am saying this because a very interesting and stimulating chemical reaction occurs when the two parties from different languages and cultures are united under Nintendo’s game production philosophy, and that chemical reaction results in extraordinary ideas.”“Tanabe-san and his team at SPD are our primary contacts at Nintendo. Please let me be clear: games developed at Retro Studios are a collaboration between members from Retro Studios, SPD and other entities throughout the Nintendo family. It’s a symbiotic relationship that consists of members from all over the world; we are very honoured to be working with such a talented team.
“When we worked on Mario Kart 7, we were working on Tropical Freeze at the same time. Part of the team was working on creating assets for Hideki Konno’s group, the Mario Kart team, and part of our team continued making progress on Tropical Freeze in conjunction with Tanabe-san and SPD.”
I'm rooting for Star Fox

The reasons this game is not coming to the Wii U is simple...
1. It's not just by Sega. The other company doing this is the folks who have worked on those broken Total War Games on PC.Never touched Nintendo.
2. It's not like this is a platformer. These games simply don't sell on Nintendo systems in the first place. Sega's not going to lose money on something that wouldn't work on a Nintendo System.
So you cant thro0w up your hands and say Sega abandoned Nintendo because that is not true.
No. It's clear that Nintendo's marketing doesn't quite work this time. A lot of people still think that the Wii U is just an addition to the original Wii, even more people are fixated on the idea that the Wii U isn't 'next-gen' and all.
A new Zelda or Metroid game could theoretically raise the sales significantly for a short period of time, but that wouldn't be enough to turn the console's fortunes around. Not without proper marketing.
Looks like crap anyway
You mean Gearbox?
Correction: The company is Creative Assembly. I did research and their not even that great of a company. No loss.

(Note: this article is from a german site so please excuse any translation errors)
A few days ago appeared Photos of Nintendo's new research and development building in Kyoto on ( we reported ). It was one of many measures for the internal restructuring of the Nintendo corporation.
Now we can already tell you about another measure. It's about the studio Intelligent Systems, which since its founding in 1986, not only ranks as Fire Emblem , Advance Wars and Paper Mario has hervorgebrach, but also programmed Developer Tools for Nintendo's consoles. Currently, Intelligent Systems works, which currently includes about 130 employees, with Atlus to Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem as well as a previously unannounced other Wii U game.
So far, Intelligent Systems was housed in the Kyoto Research Institute, one of Nintendo's R & D building in Kyoto, which also includes the Departments Software Planning & Development (SPD) and the Mario Club. Now the very important for Nintendo studio, however, is moved into its own building, which was completed in October 2013. The new property is located near the new Nintendo's main building.
Good for them! I can't wait to hear what that future Wii U title is as well.

Even though Mach Rider was a dumb game I think if they took the concept and reimagined it they could have a badass IP. One can only dream.

I played one of their racing games on the Wii and it felt like a poor mans F Zero no offense. But that's just my opinion. A lot of people seem to like it.

6 vs 6 is ridiculous! I play COD, Planetside 2 and BF4. 8 vs 8 works for COD, but anything less than that? I just don't know. I think it's because Titanfall has been hyped so much, people were expecting these massive battles with titans, and tons of people (ala Battlefield 2142 or something) and then "6 vs 6"... WHAAAAAT?! Maybe the way they do it is incredibly epic, but I just don't know. Colour me nervous.
Calm down. Maybe it will be the most epic multiplayer ever despite having only 6v6. No need to jump the gun yet

Posted by Alex Wolfers on 09 January 2014 - 12:19 PM in Wii U Hardware
My prediction is the Wii U will slightly beat the Gamecube or get near the N64 sale range. SSB4 and Zelda U are coming out after all
the sales may go up a bit like with some of the other games releases, but they simply won't be more than double the average sales already,
as i said before i like your optimism, but it isn't realistic for the WiiU to sell 500,000+ for the next twelve months.
Even with Smash and Mario Kart 8? Are you kidding? It will be in the million range.

Hurry up and take their place SEGA! All joking aside I would miss them if they wen't down the crapper. Hopefully someone else could take their place if that happened.

I find it funny how people are freaking out over this. Sure an MMO styled FPS like Destiny would be cool but it's not Destiny after all.
Only this man can say it better. No offense to the people that are disapointed.

Maybe Nintendo's conservatism payed off after all. Good luck finding this on a site like IGN though.
