The hat is £10 on that same website, the nsmbu/lu bundle is cheaper on amazon, and you can get 3dworld for less from someone like wowhd.
Mario remote plus makes it worth it. That's worth 40.

you can download a 24-hour trial of the game from the eShop. Once the free trial period is over, you'll be able to buy a $1.99 pass that unlocks the game for 24 hours, or buy each sport individually for $9.99. Nintendo also isn't ruling out a full retail release for the game after all five sports are released..

Nintendo has confirmed that the Wii U sold just 460,000 units worldwide in the six month period ending September 30, 2013.
