The point is in leveling them up. I beat Pokemon but I still level up my Pokemon same applies here.

Yeah but pokemon has a more lasting quality and is longer and better than skylanders, plus when you level up pokemon you can use them in different games and stuff and it makes them evolve.
Skylanders when you level up you get new attacks but what's the point? You beat the game, no point in keeping it...
