yes they were. one guy made a thread saying he was falling out of love with nintendo games. then you got all these people like yeah your in your 20's you grew up Nintendo games dont entertain you anymore

just watched the new Destiny trailer.... not impressed. I hope we get more original games this gen other than shooter this shooter that.

When I first heard of it I thought it was going to be a Planetside 2-esque game with a massive persistant world. What I got was Halo mixed with Borderlands. My hype for this game dropped immensely. It should still come to all platforms possible and with cross platform play.

after playing Wonderful 101 and seeing Bayo 2... Nintendo needs to seriously consider making platinum games a second party studio... would do wonders for them and bring content they need.

Why? Platinum are a third party that might make games for Nintendo hardware on their own. It'd be a waste of money just to get exclusivity on games nobody buys.

1. If you have use logic, you would know he clearly has when he said "If its not on the Wii U its not for me and my family". Basically he is telling me that is where his stance on the gaming industry and that is what he chooses which I cannot fault.
2. People who chose one console maker and complain about games not coming to their chosen platform cannot complain.

Console launches are going to have droughts its the nature of the industry. I'm a Nintendo gamer only... nothing on a sony or microsoft console makes we want to buy one. not to brag but i could buy all the console if i wanted. ut Nintendo has my loyality.... since NES... plus the Wii U fall lineup is AMAZING!

i agree its just sad to see developers try so hard to prove its ability. i do wonder if they get paid to make some statements they make. another one today said ps4 is "scarily powerful"... really. i mean we are gonna get great looking games from all consoles this gen. but i do like Nintendo stance of shut up and let the games speak for themselves.

Do the graphics really matter? Is the game going to have a different story if the graphics don't look as good? Answers: No and no. Do get your hopes for the Wii U version, because even if the graphics aren't as good I'm sure it will be just as good or even better (because of the controller).

@Villager: Actually, graphics DO matter. They add a lot to the immersion of the game, even if Nintendo says they don't (btw, Nintendo always pushes the graphics of their games to the absolute limit). It's a little ridiculous how people say "grphix dun mater" and then go drool at the graphics of X.
Of course, all those pretty graphics will go to waste in AC4, considering all the AC games are really boring.

I guess I could see graphics having importance to an extent. But I don't see graphics needing to be top of the line, eye popping to make a game good.

so reports are coming out both ps4 and xb1 arent as powerful as hyped up to be.... but im sure things will be ignored and developers will hype the systems and try and point out every advantage they have over last gen systems with tech jargons the fanboys themselves dont understand.

exactly! i just play games and have fun.... the spec numbers crap is getting so old. there will be MANY 1080p 30 and 60fps Wii U game though mark my words on that one.
