The Wii U will be fine, but it will take a while. Now that Nintendo is creating mobile apps and social media features (Mario Kart) I feel a lot more hopeful cause they finally seem to learn.

So Nintendo apologized for not including same-sex relationships in Tomadatchi Life, and they explained why they can't patch it in. Obviously this started a Twitter argument about how that's bull.

The original bug was never 'patched out' and can still be performed to get 'same sex relationships' Just the game crashing bug was fixed. WHOOPS.

I had to do some searching but I'm guessing he is referring to MH: Freedom Unite being ported to iOS. Given how it would control terribly, I don't think it will take off, thus they won't move the series there exclusively.

For the Nintendo NFC thing for 3DS, instead of making a separate add-on, couldn't they put something in the cartridge so if you tap the figure on the cartridge, if affects the game?

A friend of mine works for Nintendo and he just confirmed Zelda U is indeed being shown at E3 and it will be simply called "The Legend of Zelda", because of its 'reboot' nature (reinventing the nature of the series etc.) More info will follow.

It will reuse some Gamepad functions from WWHD, but from what I understand, the gamepad is not the main focus. Art style will be somewhat between SS and the Tech Demo. It's pretty neutral and I hope most fans will be pleased, but I haven't seen it yet of course.

There we go.... I personally am not worried about the game mechanics as much as i want them to nail the balance of artstyle between anime and realism. The artstyle will make or break this games reception.

Sadly it will. Artstyle in Zelda games has become one of its most important aspects to most fans, especially in 3D games. I don't think Nintendo agrees.
