@Kev: Sony announced it last night. They didn't say what the story was going to be, but the trailer did have a few hints in it. They did say it'll be for the PS4, too.

No, the Arkham games always had bad combat systems. Just spam B until you win, or occasionally press Y to use your almighty punch-cancelling counter.
