ps4 has some problems being reported bye people who got the system early from taco bell promotion the problem is wit hthe hdmi connection not outputting it has begun

how does it work if you buy a used ps3 with games already on the hdd? can those only be accessed by the original user? is there any way they could be lost?

If they keep it activated through their account the games will be recoverable/playable, if they deactivated it then no they can't be retrieved/played. Their account has to remain on the system as well.

What do you mean exactly by "deactivate"? They can deactivate individual games that were purchased?

Games can be shared on two consoles as long as the account that holds the games is activated on the system. It's all or none.
