I'm trying to add funds into my account using a debit card, but it keeps giving me an error 111-9001 after picking the amount i want to add. can someone help ?, and there's nothing that nintendo announced that they would be working with or having maintenance on the eshop

Are you sure that's the actual error code number. Doing a search on the Internet and Nintendo.com's tech support pages doesn't come up with any entries on that error number.

best is just to use one of the pre-paid eshop cards for dding funds.
