Why are these assholes like pachter still calling the Wii U weak didn't that trailer for monolith soft's new game prove that the Wii U can match PS4 graphics?

Back to the main topic, I have always wondered if some of these critics get secretly payed for giving a product a bad review.

Also, Wii U won't match PS4 because there's a power gap. Nintendo should be fine, though.

They call it weak because it is weak. Having a game that can push the boundaries of a console isn't new, and having games like this won't make it any stronger; it'll just prove that it can be done.

No it couldnt. Its not ps4 matching, but its noticably better than ps360 openworld games.

Just take a look at some skyrim screens.


To handle a game as open to freedom of movement as x you'd be looking at a drop in draw distance, geometrical complexity, and a serious, serious drop in texture resolution.

No it couldnt. Its not ps4 matching, but its noticably better than ps360 openworld games.

Just take a look at some skyrim screens.

My low end PC can run Skyrim on low settings. I don't think that's saying much, when the PS360 have had more demanding games.

Nintendo should start a cellphone line, that way people won't view them as a vulnerable company i believe that's where most of the Nintendo hate streams from imo.

I dont think you understand the connection between graphical fidelity and scale of world/freedom of movement overhead. But if youd like to make a point, why dont you pick an open world 360 game since skyrim is so simplistic.

Also, your low end pc is likely considerably more powerful than a 360, unless its actually older than one.

The PS4 was always going to be more powerful than the WiiU, that was a given. But just because some of the games look like they can be handled by current gen consoles doesn't mean it is current gen, the X demo was an early build but there probably won't be much alteration in graphics when we see the full thing. How well the WiiU will be able to compete will be shown in time, but too many people have very little faith in the WiiU so lets hope they will be able to make it through.
