Warner Bros Games Montreal has revealed that the Wii U version of the action-packed Batman Arkham Origins won’t be receiving the Deathstroke downloadable content. The press releases reads “Fans who pre-order the game for Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation 3 system or Windows PC will receive exclusive early access to the Deathstroke pack.” Warner Bros previously said that the Deathstroke DLC won’t be appearing on all platforms and a closer inspection of the box-art for Wii U reveals that the Deathstroke DLC logo is missing.

Not to be rude but.......ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!? Come on! These are the same guys who made Armored Edition. Why does a system that is more powerful than current gen consoles not receiving the full package! This is not the Wii. This keeps happening over and over and over again, Mass Effect 3 on Wii U is missing the rest of the DLC, Injustice on Wii U is missing alot of stuff, DLC costumes, Characters (They promised they will come in the summer) The Warner Brothers log in, the online lobby system. Sniper Elite V2 on Wii U only has single player, price is $60.

 

Wii U owners are paying the same price as the PS3 & 360 yet they are getting the short end of the stick on their new console, you just wonder why these idiot devs say their games won't sell on Nintendo consoles, BECAUSE OF CRAP LIKE THIS! Look at what they are doing! Does this make any bit of sense!

Unacceptable. The Wii U is perfectly capable of doing DLC, so there's no excuse for this. And 3rd party companies wonder why their games don't sell on the Wii U.

I'm pretty sure that the Wii could do DLC (I think the only game that did have any was Samba de Amigo), but there simply wasn't enough storage space.

I think there is plenty of storage space. It's coming to the 360 and there are some models with 8GB (like mine).

DoritoKing was talking about the Wii, not Wii U. 

 

Wii U has DLC for other titles, but many 3rd party devs are not adding it for the Wii U.. and there is no good reason.

I think this has to go beyond the gaming companies. Something is really wrong I think Nintendo did something to piss everyone off except sega and maybe ubisoft... I don't know what it is yet.

Its really hard to defend Wii U and Nintendo at this point man E3 is like going to be a tipping point.

It's Nintendo's doing. DLC already exists on Wii U. It's been stated by numerous devs that their DLC goes through strict tests over at Nintendo, who have the right to deny if they don't like it. As a result, a lot of devs don't want to alter their DLC because Nintendo said so.

Has any game for the Wii U received DLC support yet at this point? I don't think so. It also has to be a game that's not made by Nintendo studios.

Somebody, whether Nintendo or the developers, needs to get this fixed.
