Mienshao needs Close Combat, Druddigon needs better speed(since he's going to be Fairy type's main b!tch in gen 6), Roserade needs weaker moves to take advantage of Technician, Froslass needs a wider moveset to make her more than just a typical Spikes user, and Sceptile needs an attack stat of 120.

 

Also since Gardevoir is becoming a Dragon Buster now maybe they should raise it's speed stat from 80 to 100 since it can already be outspeed by most dragon types.

Luvdisc and metapod need a buff for sure.  And Unown should be buffed too.  Seriously the image of someone losing to a Luvdisc, Metapod or Unown would bring a smile on my face.

I don't think many dragons needs a buff. One of the reasons they're implementing a fairy type is to debuff dragons. So they aren't the 'OP' type. Hopefully that doesn't make fairy OP. I hope they're weak against Poison too, to give poison types a chance. 

 

But I just really want Umbreon to be buffed. He's one of my favorites, but he sucks ):

umbreon does not suck! You must be trying to attack? Everyone knows umbreon doesn't attack haha.
