I would say THQ before it went under. They released tons, and tons of crappy games for the DS and Wii. That's probably why they had to close.
Worst developer / publisher name?

Pretty sure majority of the users here will say EA.
In my opinion, as of now... I would say Deep Silver / Techland

Worst publisher for me its Activision, anything they publish is always a half finished game, and for the worst developer, Superbot Enterainment. Worst, developer, ever, College students would have better sound design, better graphics, better music, better story, better credits, everything better than Superbot. Just proves that they are a below average developer.

Nintendo
Obvious troll is obvious
There are a lot of companies that are getting some pretty negative reception, skipping all the ones already mentioned i would have to say Polytron. While their game may not lack in quality, their attitude is just a pure slap in the face to the gaming community. Sure paying $10,000 for a patch is quite steep, but Phill Fish refused to work on it for some time even after Microsoft removed the cost. Phil is more concerned about himself than the gaming community, not fixing your games bugs for the sake of protest won't get you any respect.
End of rant
This is where it ends

So protesting Microsofts draconian practices is not worthy of respect? No, I disagree.
on topic. I've said it before, but EA is actually honest about how ridiculous they are.
My vote goes to Square. Tired of them insulting my favorite series.

There are more reasons why not to like Phil Fish, mainly his jackass attitude on Twitter. So protesting Microsofts draconian practices is not worthy of respect? No, I disagree.

EA or Capcom. They both do the same things I hate. However that is not to say they can't do good things. I'm buying a few games from both but they are the worst IMO
