Hey guys I was wondering if anybody is experiencing the wii u freezing while using the web browsers YouTube, in particular watching videos that are over an hour and a half? Close to 2 hours? If anyone knows how to fix this please help thx.

Hey guys I was wondering if anybody is experiencing the wii u freezing while using the web browsers YouTube, in particular watching videos that are over an hour and a half? Close to 2 hours? If anyone knows how to fix this please help thx.
I haven't really experienced it. The freezing gets less often with every update, though, and with the summer/fall update just around the corner then it should PROBABLY be fixed by that update.
Mine hasn't frozen since the last big update. Are you sure your OS is up to date?

i get the freeze when playing certain wii games (wwe 13) and Ducktales. i haven't tried Youtube yet. the only fix is unplug it which really worries me and hurts my feelings. i wouldn't sweat it too hard, the PS2 froze horrendously in the early days

I haven't watched any utub that long, but i regularly watch about 2 hours of different utubs and have watched 2 movies in a row (the two good ace ventura's) on the gamepad that i upped myself with html5 with no problems.

i have never watched any videos on my WiiU or gone on the internet on it, i do not see why it should be freezing though.

I really haven't had any freezes after the big Spring update. Only twice in DuckTales (both freezes seem to be happening with everyone), but nothing else. Try deleting your internet history and cookies, that might help.

Mine use to freeze a fair bit on YouTube a while back, but since the last couple of updates I haven't had the issue.

You shouldn't need to unplug, you just hold the power button on the console until it forces the power off. The feature was added in the Spring update.

Mine very rarely freezes. If it persists you may need your warranty.
