So I am wondering how many of you here will be buying ghosts for the WiiU?

I have a PS3 but am considering getting it for the WiiU as our PS3 will be going eventually but am a bit worried no one will ever be online to play with :(

If The campaign isnt a complete terd, and zombies remains fun ill get it.

But i wont be going online. Well, maybe zombies.

The last game I played online competitively multiplayer was halo 2.

After a decade of the same thing over and over and over and over again, it loses its appeal.

The problem is the single player is usually really short and if there is no one online, then it's quite an expensive purchase for so little :(

I will be getting it. Never really found much of a problem with BLOPS 2 multiplayer for Wii U.

That's useful to know, might get it on WiiU then.

I take it that it won't require the tablet controller? Will be picking up the pro controller soon :D

Just be prepared to get smoked by wiimote ir, once they fixed the wiimote controls via patch on blops ii, it was game over for most stick jockies. Made for some pretty funny youtube vids at least.

Huh?

Patch allowed Wii Mote (motion controls) , many Wii owners love this in past Call of Duty games for the system.

And the Wii remotes are a LOT faster because there's no limit to how fast you can move your gun, it's just how fast you move your hand.

The wii u can still use the wii's wii remotes and nunchucks.

The skill demand to effectively use it is higher, so not only do players have to start over from scratch learning how to play, but it takes longer to become proficient than da... But the skill ceiling is infinitely higher.

Simply put, once someone learns how to use wii remotes.

Dual analogs cant compete. Youll see some ir pro tearing through occasionally, with ridiculous killstreaks, 60-1 type stuff. Especially after the fix.

I dont even play regularly, and certainly not competitively anymore and usually net 20+ kill streaks.

Sticks just cant move fast enough.

I use the standard Wii U Gamepad to play, as when I play online it's with my cousin and I really love playing it on the controller screen - but maybe one day I'll try out the Wiimote for online, it was great on World at War and Goldeneye.

Bring the noise.

That's awesome. I didn't realize using the motion controls was such an effective method. I might have to actually buy an fps sometime to try it out.

Probably will, if the port is decent.

Huh. That's weird, 'cause for me I hate using the Wii Remotes. It's inaccurate and awkward to handle and control. This is coming from a guy who used them for 2+ years... I prefer using analog sticks a lot more, they're more comfortable to me, IMO.

But to answer the question I'll be getting Ghosts for Wii U and PS4! I won't get the PS4 version until December though. The Wii U version will be on launch day. :)
