There are technical issues if you install the Play Disc (it comes with another disc that is a mandatory install), so that may be it.Somethings not right. It bothered me the first time i saw it. But now ive seen very inconsistant videos.
Even for 360, that much pop in and streaming issues in general is ridiculous. Especially in a R* game. Somethings wrong... a glitch or small mistake or something.
This will likely be patched in the immediate future.

So there are only those issues
when you install both discs? So one disc is supposed to be installed and one isnt?
I get it. Thats pretty clever. Now they can stream data off the hard drive AND concurrently stream data off the disc, that raises the bandwith by the drive speed, Iirc another 11Mb a second.
But if they are both installed, they lose that bandwidth, as they are stuck hard drive only.... So nasty pop up and texture loading.
Do you got a link to the info?

It's from Rockstar Support. A lot of 360 games have been using that trick for a while. I needed to do that when I got Forza 3 with my 360 and Halo 4, as well as other games.So there are only those issues

Yeah, thats exactly what those yahoos did. Installed the read disc then complained about it.
