Hello Everyone, my name is Isiah and I'm here to show you guys what my team is currently working on.
It's the next big RPG coming to the Wii U next year and I can promise that you'll love it.

Let me just add that I do not wish to place this here to spam but to express something me and my team are working on, the help we need for the public and I'm also just really looking forward to speaking with people to see what they think.

 

Pub Master Quest is a series that draws it's inspiration from the roots of classic JRPG games. Portable Knights, the newest upcoming game to the series, takes the tale of the hero, Dave, and sets him in purgatory. He is engulfed into this dying world, home to fallen souls who wish only to move on and become free. The world will soon be engulfed by a greater evil that resides within the core. Once it hatches from it's egg, it will rise to the surface and begin to consume the land into darkness until all is a wasteland. Alongside this new evil, treacherous beasts known as the Claims roam about the land, threatening the lives of all who venture too far away from town.

 

 

Dave is tasked by a mysterious voice, to travel far and defeat this greater evil. This voice gifts him with the power of Excalibur, and upon his quest, he and his 3 dead siblings must venture far with an unknown woman named Muwinn. They are tasked with disposing of the darkness that threatens this world. In which case, if Dave wishes to return to the world he used to know, he must accept this new meaning of existence.

So what's the point of this post?

Can I ask how did you get this to be exclusive?

We have the choice, I chose Nintendo cause the Wii U needs support and is lacking in RPGs. We have the team to do it but we need gamers to help back the project with upvotes.

You know what, I'll support you guys. You seem to be one of the few third parties that are willing to put some real effort towards our system and you guys deserve the community's support for that. I registered up and put a yes towards possibly supporting this with crowd funding. I'm assuming that's what you meant when you asked for up votes.

Thanks Chain, every vote helps out to ensure we can get to the top and stay there.
And trust me, I'm making sure the whole team puts their hearts into this project. Nintendo has always been my favorite company sense I was little and I'd really hate to see it slip up cause other developers think it's a worthless system. The Wii U has potential to be great but it's struggling cause no one wants to take the chance with it.
Well it always starts with one and if we got to be the ones to help boost Nintendo to the top then so be it

Is the game going to be turn-based like Final Fantasy 6 or action-based like Secret of Mana, or is ot too early to ask?

Edit: I didn't notice the link you put. That answrred my question. This looks interesting, so I'll support you.

When you listed possible release platforms, you said the Wii. Did you mean the Wii U?

thanks man, so what we're looking at right now might be wait time or the ATB that is used in FF6. I am and have been doing my research by playing a bunch of different games to ensure that we make something that is enjoyable. A game can have a great story but if you're gonna be fight boring battles all day then whats the point in playing right?


(How the 2D game was gonna look during battles.)

With the move to 3D we're thinking about maybe active based battle system like Final Fantasy XIII-2 had. but we'll see as time goes on.
