We got our Wii U last year and gave our Wii to someone. We had purchased several games on the eShop.

Is there a way for me to download those purchased games through the eShop? We do not have access to the Wii anymore.

I apologize if this has been answered somewhere. I haven't been able to find any answers at all.

Thank you!

Sadly no, since the Wii only has an account system tied to the console itself, you won't be able to redownload the games on Wii U. For reference, the Wii U has a Wii mode, where it emulates the Wii. This is where you'd preform the system transfer, where everything on the Wii would be on the Wii U's Wii Mode. It's also worth noting that any Virtual Console games that you buy/transferred on Wii Mode are discounted on the Wii U eShop, as long as they're on the Wii U eShop to begin with.

Nope, many if you still had the console. Nintendo may be able to something if you have the right information, but sadly their probably lost.

Nope. Nintendo stubbornly ties games to consoles not accounts. It's lost sorry.
