hmmm most of those sketches are pretty far away from the final style, then all of a sudden for the final product it just gets way closer. Not sure how to feel about that.

I've read all sorts of stories from lost or screwed up code that they had to revert back to an older build of the game to finish. Or, other internal problems with quality of work not being met across the board causing some key people to drop out and leave early.

 

I do hope some sort of detailed info, timeline, and truth come out just because I am overly curious as to what really happened. The game we got should at least LOOK and perform better.

I think partially it's that classic cartoon style too. Ryudo said it.. original is best.

I can see the mickey mouse part because of the arm and leg size and the huge head, but how is it pluto?

probably cause the face is a bit elongated and the nose... ?

I have no favourite Sonic since most of his designs have sucked. Also, he's a douche.
