Games that refuse to use Gameplay effectively to do anything are like films that refuse to use cinematography in film to do anything.

I heard the 3DS Sonic Boom wasn't as bad as the Wii U version. From this trailer alone it looks decent enough so I'm interested to see more, probably not worth full price though.
This statement is false. The previous statement is true.

It was mediocre but still didn't understand how Sonic games are supposed to work.
They don't get this _______ _______ is not Sonic level design. Straight line with a pit for difficulty and that Sonic is NOT about speed but momentum. Sonic level design is supposed to be a platformer with branching paths and obstacles to overcome to gain momentum and then rewarded with speed.

So is this supposed to be the game where they learned from the 3DS's version of Boom's shortcomings? Because if that's true, it could be a decent game.
You know, if all the levels aren't 30 minutes long.
