The backgrounds match an earlier tweet about his work being shown at GDC, and there's armour.

^somewhat matches the armour-looking first screen, but look at the top, it looks like a skull for a face.
It could just be that the skin skin will go over that, but dunno...

Could be completely new, or something unrelated, or even him just working on something in his spare time.

yuriofwind did a video about raven blade yesterday.(youtube) he talked about the developement and why it got cancelled and other things.

I honestly don't know what this image on his computer could be about though. it really could be anything put im guessing it's for a new project.
