Between Conduit 2 and Goldeneye 007 for me. I can't get enough of those games.

For me it would probably be Formula 1 2009 and Mario Kart Wii. Both are very good racing games. Mario Kart is incredibly fun, while F1 2009 is one of the most realistic racing games on the Wii. Both of them make good use of the Wii Wheel.

As far as non-rereleases go, Super Mario Galaxy 2 is unprecedented.
If remakes count, then Metroid Prime Trilogy.

Epic Mickey. That games reviews were debatable but I liked it

I'd have to say super smash bros. Brawl and legend of zelda twilight princess were the games I played the most often because they were so addicting and had tons of replay value.
