An Internet brower it self needs Ram to load the pages the wiiu has alot more ram than the 360 so it can load the pages better and playing videos takes ram so the more ram you have the better it will perform as it will not get bogged down.

The websites tests what html5 tags the browser supports.
My face could support <video> and it only has 1mb of ram.

Well in that case you will be correct (note I didn't read the article I was just using common sense in that if something has more ram it will have a smoother browser experience in total including videos will play better, since 20mb of ram for an internet browser to function on compared to a gig one is going to play videos better than the other and its easy to see which one meaning it would be nonsense for anyone to think the xbox 360 will run online videos better than the wiiu)(unless the internet browser itself is completely useless)

I'm curious though how will the wiiu Scores in HTML5 compare to lets say an average today's pc.

Well it's only missing a few features.
I listed the ones that might matter to people on the first page and I got called a realist, since that's how real the world is. Pessimism would make for a much better post.

I am kinda sad that the wiiu won't support Youtube Fullscreen considering I got so use to it I can't stand not watching youtube on fullscreen.

it will.
a few things:
1. they already showed a video in fullscreen at e3 2011
2. it's early developmentally
3. they showed it in a nintendo direct with the curtain up
4. fullscreen just means the page can press F11 for you, not necessary on a console.

Jk, but I have had and loved a PS3 for 4 years now and I have never been able to use the browser because it is EXTREMELY slow. I haven't used XBoxes yet though...

You sir are wrong. The Wii U scored a 323, Internet Explorer 10 scored a 326.
