In still pictures, as far as ports go, it is dramatically better looking.

And in still pictures, as far as ports go, wii u noticably beats the other versions. Eurogamer is clearly, and blatantly wrong, is wii u powers through more detail like having a completely rendered beard hair by hair, while the 360 has a few scraggley hairs over a beard model and texture. It is dramatically better looking. Even your eurogamer article about a completely different subject concedes this.

As for the performance, well, thats what happens when the system with better performance has a team of hundreds working for years, budgets of multimillions, optimizing everything just right to run on the 360, while the wii u has a dozen guys, stale doughnuts and cold coffee working for months just to get it working good enough to crap it into a box and go on with their miserable c team lives. BUt hey, at least it was Treyarchs C team, and not some toilet water outsource.
That can crap up anything no matter HOW powerful the platform. Just look at the original pc port of Resident evil 4, or the ps3 port of Silent hill collection (Yeah, ps2 games with performance issues on ps3.)
