I think It will be back to normal after this year as most of the question threads will go, and we can talk about the games again.
PM me if you want to add me on 3ds

And the over-love of anime. Can't forget that. :T
The post above was certified to be simply smashing by the Wii U Forum Staff.

I actually agree. Thanks to some members, the site is practically pouring hostility.
And the over-love of anime. Can't forget that. :T
Give it some time - after the novelty of a new system wears off and the initial launch period is over it will calm down. The problem is - there is little to no new information to talk about to offset the influx of new members posting tons of repeat threads.

The hardware forum especially has always caused arguments and name-calling.

people are always more likely to moan & complain than praise something.

This place has become more of a Question and Answer Forum instead of a gaming community due to SOME of the new members. but I'm sure things will go back to normal after the Wii U hype is over.
That's what I'm feeling too. I think members that are just going to come here to ask technical questions ( or trying to fix their consoles) and never actually adding to discussions should use the Nintendo Tech Support Forums. Not all new members are doing this, but a fair few are. . I'm also not a fan of these " Wii U doesn't work in space" or " Wii U is a living machine" joke threads threads by a certain someone....

Is it really that hard to just post another article in the same thread.

I blame everyone.
Because we are a community.
We will take the blame together.
We are legion.
Im a lone wolf...
therefore I accept none of your "community" blame
your legion of infidels shall never compete with I

Most of us have been here since the project cafe days! I hate seeing all these new users that post once then just leave forever just because they can't find the power button!!!!
