I take it you didn't read any of the original post in this thread. Nintendo is not developing the app and its being developed by a third party. It's also not something you download and install on the Wii U which is something Nintendo would never allow. It's enable through the Internet browser which Nintendo may not approve of but may find it hard to prevent although I'm sure there is a way through an update of the browser in which they can and probably will.

There actually is free fetish porn. I would list sites but that would get me banned.$7.95 a month...It's like they're begging me not to pay for it. Unless they have some rare fetishes or something really kinky I don't see how it could be worth that fee.

Well of course i knew that a third party developer was making it, im just wandering how they were able to develop for it.
I thought they would have had to buy a development kit, obviously i was wrong

This really surprises me, I understand Nintendo is trying to win the core audience back, but the core audience was never this type of audience. Wasn't expecting Nintendo to completely disregard their morals.
I suppose Nintendo kind of misinterpreted the term 'hardcore crowd'.
