Who said the Big N was only for kids?

No one said it was for kids, but a lot of kids friendly games come out for there system. And nintendo has said its family base.

Also this is all Web base, nintendo doesn't really have control over it.
They alright said its on the ps3 and xbox. Its no more then formatting there website for the broswer your using.

Realistically being that Nintendo has a much different image in the public eye than Sony/Microsoft...even if Nintendo speaks out against this...you know their will be people making a big deal and this can only hurt Nintendo in the long run. Just when we thought the video games lead to violence couldn't get any worse, we get slapped with "Nintendo supports the porn industry, what are your children playing?" Someone (most likely the media) will find a way to point fingers.

Wow...i did not see that coming.

If nintendo does support this and it does go ahead then i would asume there would be some sort of restrictions you you need to comply to before downloading. Like what they did with downloading MA+ games on the eshop at a specific time, can't remember what country it was, i think it was Germany.
