Maybe it was the parents and they did it on purpose so gamestop would give them a new 3DS.

The SD card was most likely being used on some other device and for whatever reason the guy/girl must have forgotten about it when using it in the 3DS, i doubt someone would go so low as to have it on your 3DS.

What if it was 3D and they didn't have any other way of looking at 3D pornography?!The SD card was most likely being used on some other device and for whatever reason the guy/girl must have forgotten about it when using it in the 3DS, i doubt someone would go so low as to have it on your 3DS.

Speaking of this story I just purchased a dreamcast and one of those memory cards with a screen the other day.I popped it in and a potleaf appeared on the memory cards screen.But thats beside the point.Gamestop needs to make sure their systems are formatted before they resale them.

Gamestop is partially to blame for not checking the system once it was refurbished...and put back on sale. But i hate to be a meanie...but the parent in my opinion should have checked it too before wrapping it up...he shoudl have done that when he made sure the system was updated. Now gamestop was forced to give this family a new system with new games. People are blaming gamestop but in reality they had great customer service by giving the new system and new games. Unfortunately when you buy used stuff these things happen and its its the responsiblity of the company to fix the error and they did.
