Run some diagnostics play a game with rumble and turn up the volume on the game pad. You'll know instantly if something is messed up.So speakers, vibration motor, things of that nature weren't affected negatively by it? Just trying to make sure I didn't screw anything up.
Is This a Hardware Defect?

Everything seems ok, from what I can tell. I dont think 4 drops of 95% alcohol is hazardous. I think the worst thing that could happen is if it shorted out from being wet still, but I let it sit for over an hour so I think I'm in the clear.
