It's kind of strange that there are two versions in the making, 3 and 4 for 3ds and then there is also the WiiU version.
I have a 3ds XL and a WiiU. What version should one get?

I'm looking more forward to the Wii U version of Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate. I really enjoyed the Wii version of it, and from I've heard 4 won't have water sections, which is a bummer because I liked those.

We don't even know if 4 is coming overseas or not. I'm going to get 3 Ultimate on Wii U and 3DS

How much time will there be in between the titles 3 - 4 at least do you expect?

Based on Japanese Release dates, TriG was out for a while now and 4 is coming out some time this summer. So unless 3 Ultimate sells well, it may be about a yearHow much time will there be in between the titles 3 - 4 at least do you expect?

Well the way I see it 3G HD/Tri Ultimate is better mainy because of water based gameplay and that it will be less confusing using an actual controller to do combat underwater. Plus MH4 is lacknig monsters that 3G has, 3G has 39 monsters that I have counted, however we only have a handful announced on 3DS.

Why isn't 4 gonna be for PSP. I think the engine is the same a 3DS, exept you can put tht 3d illusion!
Hello! My name is Kao and I am a Kangaroo! If you can see my kicking picture there, you can see me riding one of mine friends! I am quite popular in the area because I saved alot of animals turning in to women accsesories. It was quite painfull on the way, but I liked the experience! I plan on buying a plane with all my money I got and going on an adventure on the isles. My first adventure was when that Mcguffin Hunter cought me, but I escaped, and I don't want to let any animal in pain! What's your story, mate?

Psp cant handle 4, and it also cant run mtframework.
systems supporting framework: PlayStation 3 , Xbox 360 , Microsoft Windows, Nintendo 3DS , PlayStation Vita, Wii u.
Vita and 3ds have mtframework mobile, a system specific optimized version of mtframework 2.0 introduced in lost planet 2.
Wii has mtframework lite, a horribly gutted version of the engine.
Mh4 is going to be a large change for the series, similar to, but of a greater magnitude of the change brought about by tri's water environments.
Areas are going to become much much much much larger, the game will be an adventure game, set up more as a connected world more akin to (but not quite as completely open) dragons dogma than previous monster hunters.
The environment is completely interactive, from both player and monster. The player can jump onto and climb almost anything they can see (as can the monster to chase the player), including monsters, allowing monster mounting, again, like dragons dogma.
Weapons will allow different types of environment traversal skills, like high jumping, allowing staff users unique strategems and access to areas other weapon users cant get to, and visa versa.
Im not choosing, im getting both. But ill tell ypu right now.
Mh4 is going to be epic.
