Actually, that could make sense. They could have took it the wrong way and thought it had a sexual connotation.

I don't think it's the moderators, I think it's just that it got a ton of reports.

Yeah, just saying that such awesome artwork gets deleted and some funny posts, you have to admit it was a funny drawing, anyone can tell he means no harm, well if you watched Family Guy anyway, so far the admins have only really showed they don't have a sense of humor.
