I recommend you call your local retailer and find out for sure, that's what I did and they said that they will probably have them tomorrow.

The thing is though, digital games are tied to the system. So if your 3DS gets stole or damaged, you lose your games.
Mom and Pop shops probably will have it.

I'm amazed that this error was made you'd think they would double and triple check these kinds of things due to the large amount of money involved, oh well every one makes mistakes

I work at Best Buy in the inventory department and we didn't get the game until 10a.m. vis UPS. that rarely happens with a new release game, let alone a Nintendo release. Are they trying to shift people over to buying digital?
I just find it hard to believe they would be so unprepared to release a game that hasn't had much of a western presence.

To be honest and we could all agree that Nintendo didn't expect the pre-orders of this game to be off the charts crazy.I just hope that they learn their lesson from this mistake and take notes plus having said that I am very happy with the digital release of the game btw.
