I kinda hope Mario Maker will be like the ultimate Mario game and they won't have to make any new games, instead releasing them as DLC packs so the game continues to evolve. Of course, the DLC packs would have to introduce new gameplay elements as well as new levels.
Anyway, this looks promising. Can't wait to play this game myself, there's so much potential!
I don't think we need any more 2D Mario Bros. games for a long time regardless of this game. Unless they can figure out something new they can add to the franchise then they should just leave it alone for a while.
I can't wait for this game though, looks like they have put a lot of stuff in it.

I like those too. I hope they have a fairly big settlement this time. Something equivalent to New LA in XCX would be cool. I like that sort of thing because it creates a greater contrast between civilisation and the wilderness.

Wii on VC is pretty crap. Its good for games like Metroid or other rare/still expensive games but any others you could just buy the disc version.
I want N64 and more SNES games. Where is Super Star Wars and Indiana Jones Trilogy? I would pay big money for N64 VC.

Look there's no secret to what makes a good Zelda Dungeon, it takes plenty of patience and creative ideas.

Yeah it was odd for two reasons: 1) Ubisoft's cooling relations with Nintendo 2) difficulty in making a decent Amiibo without magnetic wizardy.
It was possible for a character to come out of the Rayman's Legend exclusivity for WiiU (possible to drop after ubisoft screwed up). Afterwards, it would have been unlikely, if not impossible, for him to be added. I wish Rayman's creator could just leave ubisoft, but I know it doesn't work that way...
As for a possible amiibo, a colorless rod could have gone from the shirt to his head. The hands could have just been posed to be holding onto the shirt.

There'd be a massive graphics downgrade in order for that to happen.
Considering the team making Zelda U is at least twice the size of probably closer to three times the size of the Monolith team, it really isn't a huge stretch. Also, I guarantee the monolith studio in Kyoto is helping Ninty with development. So that even adds more to the dev team. Also, it has been in at least some state of development for 4 years, that is a huge amount of time! Also, judging by the videos of the two games, X's environment does look more polished, but that may be because it is 7 months closer to release, which is also a massive amount of time!

It's easier to cover blemishes up with cel shading and art style.

Welcome to the Wii U Forums EDM (Electronic Dance Music) production and appreciation thread! This thread will serve two purposes: for the producers of the forums to showcase and discuss their work, and for the EDM lovers to share their favorite songs.
Let's establish just a couple rules: This thread is meant to lean more on the producers' side, so try not to flood the thread with others' music. Only post your absolute favorite songs. This should keep the thread tidy, and won't deter those who just want to come have a taste of EDM. Label songs as vocal if they have lyrics, and try to keep said lyrics clean.
