Nintendo wants third party games to sell, releasing all these first party games would not make that happen.

Unannounced big budget (multi million dollar/euro) Fantasy Medieval Role-Playing is in the works.
The game is for PC / Mac / console. It is currently in pre-production.
The job listing mentions “innovative peripherals (including Wii U)”. Wii U is the only console mentioned on the job listing.
IS is a company being created based in Montreuil, Paris (France).
The team is mainly composed of veterans of the gaming industry and has an internationally recognized expertise in the field.
Job listing says details will be announced to the press, between October and December 2012.
Offers Pre-employment training : Only one student per class maximum.

First, the Ram statement was from Emily Rogers, not a developer, second people shouldn't trust Eurogamer about the Wii U after the whole twisting of what Sumo Digital comments about the Wii U.

Not all of it. Just the majority. It is a game system, and 8GB of ram for pc games on 64bit os's is pretty common.

But that much ram for that kind of a processor family IN a console is a little.... Silly.

Unless its like, running windows 7 as an os or something.

They would use it for Windows 8 and other media stuff.

After people get their hands on the consoles/handhelds they don't need to really anymore, I saw lots of Wii commericals back in 2006/2007 and once people have them the consumers are the ones advertising it because those people tell other people and so on.
