#66693 I hope Nintendo makes a cool start up for Wii U!

How about this idea. The first time you start the system up on the Tablet it asks, do you wish to create a Start-up Screen, but written out better. So you get to draw or take a pictures and make a 15 sec start up but can always be bypassed by touching a button. Later you can upload your creation to the NFC??? i forget the name of what their network was called, and can download other creations you may like or add-ons based off Coins?/Trophies???
#66566 Hidden meaning behind being a Nintendo Fanboy...(maybe just me)
Posted by Transparent_lfe on 16 March 2012 - 12:25 PM
Growing up and always buying Nintendo products it became a part of my life. If a new console from Nintendo came out i had to get it no matter the competition. As i get older and having bought all the main consoles that Nintendo has released i had seemed to save money because i knew the games i was going to get, maybe with a few hidden gems not named Mario/Zelda/Metroid...etc..
This coming Fall/Winter season i see a problem with the Wii U. I am not sure if anyone can see it but me, including PS/Xbox lovers. The issue is this.
How in the world am i going to be able to buy food for my family when there will be games in abundance from every single creator ever known...(Little exaggeration)
How am I going to be able to sleep at night knowing my babies need milk and a Dad but I'm up till 7am pulling all-nighters playing 4 games a night switching in 2 hour intervals.
How i ask you? HOW?
I know how, with a Tablet under my pillow, a Wii-mote in one hand and a Nun-chuck in the other as my kids learn the ins-and-outs of gaming...peaceful sleeps for years to come
Sweet dreams Fanboys, we will soon be atop the mountain again. This time the rest of the gaming community can join us...Well, if we allow them.

#63322 NINTENDO E3 2012- Your Speculation!
Posted by Transparent_lfe on 24 February 2012 - 12:56 PM
Last night i was thinking about creating a new thread but this falls in line with speculation. Not necessarily E3, but it can be. I was thinking of Nintendo how they are trying to make the Wii U cost effective and not adding a Hard drive but say they want online play and DLC will be available. How plausible would it be for Nintendo to have a Cloud System set up for storage and being able to have DLC being stored on it? I know a little about "The Cloud" and not sure if this can even work. Now if Nintendo can make this happen may be nice but as far as paying for such a thing or how to go about set up and accessing.
Again just a random thought i had. Hell they can even call it
Lakitu's Cloud
