yes it happened twice for me, when you turn it on instantly it gives the sync error but if you let it rest for a while then it works fine again, its annoying

thats fault of treyarch, its true that you cant open the home menu without going to campaign menu first, also you cant undo the game-on-gamepad feature, thats pretty annoying

you have to re-play the game again to turn it off.
