Hi! Not sure what to tell you... I'd suggest fiddling with the button that's acting up, maybe try blowing some air into the cracks while pulling it? If messing around with it doesn't help, you may need to open the gamepad up and take a look at it. You need special tools for that though, and it can wreck your gamepad if you're not careful.

Good luck!

Tbh, I think you've gained more skill relatively. Your new stuff is miles ahead of what you posted here at first.

I guess so, yeah. I was utter garbage at first lol...

Needs more punch in the impacts though. Side chain?

Overall, a very good track. But it kinda sounds like you've ripped off many sounds from Virtual Riot??

Yeah maybe some sidechain for the impacts would be good...

I won't deny that it does have a lot of VRish sounds... I'm not using any samples, all the growls were made from scratch, though I did loosely base them off of a Seamless tutorial on one of VR's old growls.

They started out as a lame FM growlish thing (https://clyp.it/yshhvdds), then I added a vowel filter (automated high pass and high peak) and it sounded like this (https://clyp.it/3aj0pzmt)... It's the only method to make growls I know so far, lol... I even have another MORE VRish growl I wanna use in this song... (https://clyp.it/tmhq2jjn) Just the same concept but the main oscillator is a square instead of a sine. :P
