AC3 DLC Not Wanting to download

So Today I Bet AC3! So I was Looking around on the begining Screen, And I Saw There Was DLC. I Was Going to buy it and then i got a message saying something about im not aloud to veiw this software. Does/Did This Happen To Anybody Else? If So, What Could I Do? Thanks.

Hi! My Name is Rocco! I'm A Hardcore Nintendo Gamer. The 1st Game I've Ever Play Was Super Mario World For SNES. My Favorite Game today Is Earthbound.
