My aunt called me on my cellphone and I told her about the 2DS for her grandkids, at end of the conversation, she said in spanish: '"Is the 2DS going to be limited? Because I remember there was another system that has a controller with a screen on it, was that a limited time only system?" Its clear that Nintendo needs a lot of.......Oh I dunno......COMMERCIALS

Smash can be played however someone wants to play it, want to play 4 players on wario ware stage with items popping up all the time? sure! Want to play on battle field 3 stock match 1V1 no items? Sure!

Sakurai could make SSB4 the most complex and competitive game he wants. The way the game works, the people who complain about how other people play (which is stupid in itself) WOULDN'T EVEN NOTICE. It's not hindering them at all so why do they care?

You know... I never thought of this before, but I was reading some comments on a 2DS article on Kotaku, and one of them suggested that a possible reason Nintendo didn't give it hinges or stereo sound is that it would cut into the sales of the 3DS. It makes perfect sense, really. If it was just as good as the 3ds but in 2D, probably a lot of people would buy it instead of the 3DS. Plus I think it would be a bit more expensive.

Ok Nintendo. Now that you have let the public know what the rainbow you were doing all this time (2DS) now will you PUH-LEEZE go to the 3rd parties and demand non-gimped multiplats and give them some money to make sure that the games won't be gimped?!

Yes it is, it's going to fail, and then Wind Waker is going to sell even less, same with Wii Party U, 3D World, and Tropical Freeze. Their gonna do so awful. XBOX ONE AND PS4 FTW #trololol

The game sold less then 5,000 copies on launch week in Japan and has had little-no marketing plus its opening up to lukewarm reviews. The game is gonna flop. I'd be surprised if it managed to sell 60,000 copies in NA.
