That moment when you realize how lucky you are. When I broke my arm I was about 20 minutes away from getting it amputated. It still gives me shivers.

Reminds me when I had surgery came home still drugged used the bathroom and when I was washing my hands passed out and hit my head on the faucet.

You can send them an e-mail about it. I've sent them many e-mails before and they reply fast. Found this in their Troubleshooting section, there is a part for unresponsive buttons. http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/3ds/en_na/ts_system.jsp
