So my parents got me Mario Kart 8, which I already own, and Advanced Warfare on Xbox One, a system I don't own. I asked them if this was a hint to tomorrow and they confirmed that they meant 360. I can't blame them though, because I didn't really give them much to go on and they're the parents who still call everything a PlayStation.

It depends what generation of systems their kids are from. 80s and early 90s are Nintendo. Late 90s and early 2000s are Playstation, and afterwards are Xbox. My first system was a PS2.

Can't get a teacher, need to do with online. Also my parents hate every single sound I make unless it's an interesting conversation I'm having with them, so I can't practice as much as I'd want to.. and singing is something very different than playing guitar (which I can, somewhat). I've always had troubles with my speaking voice as well.

Sucks that you can't practice as much as you want, but even 15 minutes a day should help a lot. Even if you can't get a teacher, sing to your friends or family (I'm sure they'll be willing to listen to you if its just for a while :/) and ask them if they heard anything strange about the song or exercise. Feedback is very important for improvement.

My brother got NFS: Rivals (360) for his birthday, starting to get used to the fact that its online only, but it just feels like grinding, theirs nothing really to work toward too. Also the fact that you had the option to control music (without the kinect) and change controls in Most Wanted, seems like going backwards. :P
