Scootaloo (the poneh in my avatar and siggy) is widely known as a chicken due to a joke in the show. An acquaintance of mine on YouTube mentioned how she does epic Matrix moves in slow-mo. I stuck those two together and got MatrixChicken. I thought the name sounded cool, so I went with it.

Contrary to popular belief, my username is not a reference to Street Fighter. It's entirely coincidental.

 

I used to go under the standard name of "Aegis" due to my vast interests in Greek/Roman mythology, and just thought that the word "Aegis" was cool enough to be an awesome username so it stuck. However, when more and more people started to use the term, I needed something to add to the name, so I looked up the literal translation of "Aegis" and it meant "Reflector". So, viola! Permanent name.

My current one is pretty self explanitory, but I also go by Futurdreamz. I honestly don't remember why I picked it, but I think it has something to do with trying to keep a balance between reality and fantasy and holding hope about the future while trying to predict it.
