I'll try and keep mine as realistic as possible:

1. Wii U OS updates

2. Start off with 3D Mario

3. Go into a small 3DS segment with some 3DS games(Pokemon X/Y, Mario Golf release date, Mario and Luigi: Dream Team release date and Donkey Kong Country Returns release date) and announce like 2 new games for holiday 2013.

4. Mario Kart Wii U

5. 3rd party games

6. Joint projects (Bayonetta 2, Shin Megami Tensai x Fire Emblem) and any new joint projects they want to show off

7. Say there is one more joint project we forgot, Super Smash Bros 4. (show something)

8. Windwaker HD trailer

9. (X)enoblade 2

10. Retro Studios Project to end it off

Oh and I'd also want Capcom to confirm their Panta Rhei engine on Wii U as well as Hideo Kojima hinting that they have a Wii U Dev Kit, as well as GTA V for Wii U

My ideal lineup would be (basically a dream lineup, yet kept within realistic bounds not to go too nuts)

1)      OS Update – will allow the use of a second gamepad, Promises of continuing slim-lining over the coming years to improve services and quality.

2)      Miiverse Upgrade – between 2013 and 2015 Miiverse will undergo changes.Including miiverse app, and promises of possible stuff to compete with PS4's social features

3)      Nintendoland DLC – FREE DLC second gamepad use ONLY [available to play]

4)      Mario Universe - Possible optional second Luigi gamepad play [available to play]

5)      Mario Kart U - Multi gamepad with multiplayer to help with split-screen issues [availavle to play]

6)      SmashBros Universe (3DS save compatible, DLC fighters and arenas possible in future etc) [available to play]

7)      Star-Fox U - Another game designed for optional second gamepad use and a strong online multi-player environment (possible 3DS version too?!)  [available to play]

8)      Yoshi’s Yarn [preview trailer]

9)      Legend of Zelda:  Wind Waker [demo shown/available]

10)   Legend of Zelda: U - Title announced, more details, and maybe some artwork, but nothing else shown until E3 2014

11)   Ubisoft to come up on stage - Watch_Dogs U and AC IV U trailer and  Zombi 2 U announcement  no trailer, just announcement.

12)   Platinum games comes up talks about Wonderful 101, and shows Bayonetta 2 [demo available]

13)   Capcom come up on stage give their support to Wii U

14)   Monolithsoft finally unveils next Xeno with onstage demo

15)   Retro finally show of their awesome project and blow some minds.

16)   Nintendo Direct 3DS event to follow after E3 event

I dont think we will see dual gamepads for a long time (maybe wont even see them at all), but i'm not bothered if we get them or not anyway.

I do think Nintendoland should get some DLC though. I have hardly played it since launch.

This is gonna be good. They will need to have a separate conference for 3DS.

We know this will have lots of EPIC First Party titles but I want to see what is happening in the 3rd Parties.

Will we get Battlefield 4, Modern Warfare 4, and Grand Theft Auto V. We will find out.

Miyamoto says he has current projects that are designed for duel gamepads as well as NFC

Retro Studios' game was pulled last second from E3 last year, on top of that it was confirmed to make an appearance at E3 2013 by Reggie.

He already said the injury won't affect game progress. The debut trailer for Smash 4 is near completed if not already done.

YES YES YES YES YES!!! SSB4 FTW!....Sorry I get real hyped up about SSB4.

My ideal lineup:

1) The conference will start off with a bang, a mini documentary of Smash Bros. It will go through the history and reception of the series. Sakurai will then come on stage and talk about the development for his new Wii U game and his vision for the gamepad. The Smash Bros 4 trailer will drop then he'll announce there's an open beta for both the Wii U and 3DS eShop.

2) Reggie will talk about OS and Miiverse updates

3) Yarn Yoshi trailer

4) Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem trailer

5) Eiji Aonuma will talk about the success of Wind Waker and his vision on a recreation for the Wii U. Zelda the Wind Waker demo and trailer

6) Platinum Game's Bayonetta 2 trailer

7) Scott Moffitt will come on stage talking about the separate 3DS conference and what titles you'll expect to see such as Pokemon XY, Zelda, and Mario & Luigi Dream Team

8) Mario Kart Wii U trailer

9) 3D Mario trailer

10) Monolith Soft will come on stage and show their Wii U project

11) Retro Studios will come on stage and show Metroid/ Star Fox

12) The conference will close with a major third party Nintendo published/funded exclusive

Keep in mind there's still tons of unannounced Nintendo first party Wii U titles, those also have a chance of being at the conference.

My body is ready again.

I remember hearing about Retro`s game being pulled out at last minute but i don`t recall it being confirmed for this year.
Even better then!

I think all of the above would be great! But would like to add the following as my wish list some of which is unlikely but just the same this is my wish-list:

- Earthbound U announcement along with US release of all Mother, Mother 2 (Earthbound), and Mother 3 on the Wii U and 3DS eShop with US translations.

- Star Fox Adventures U

- Animal Crossing U with integration between Animal Crossing: New Leaf 3DS so that we can go from one game to the other and keep progressing our towns on both but with some Wii U only enhancements.

- GameCube eShop announcement with Luigi's Mansion, Mario Sunshine and Star Fox Adventures as the launch titles. While I would love to see these get HD treatment like Wind Waker, I would just love to have them on the Wii U with option to play on Gamepad only.

I am always looking forward to E3. :) You never know what sort of surprises they could be plotting to poop our pants with.

Oh and I'd also want Capcom to confirm their Panta Rhei engine on Wii U as well as Hideo Kojima hinting that they have a Wii U Dev Kit, as well as GTA V for Wii U

Panta Rhei. It's like a manta ray, but with pants.

If you think Smogon ban stuff

"Just because they can't beat it"

You clearly don't play OU

You clearly have no knowledge of the metagame

And you clearly don't deserve to have an opinion.

Remember to control your expectations guys.

This.

Nintendo is going to reveal some great games.

But no console vendor has ever fully satisfied it's fans at E3.

Heck, the new PS4 reveal simply created more questions than it provided answers.

Just expect some nice games to be shown. Nintendo, since the n64 days has never had Zelda, Mario, Mario kart, donkey kong, metroid, star fox, "new and exciting third party game", etc. etc.

It's more been one great Nintendo game plus one great second or third party game, then a bunch of other stuff.

So let's not create expectations no company could hope to live up to.

Wish lists are nice.

Just don't let E3 be that one Christmas when you wrote to Santa and then were crushed because not many of those items were under the tree.

Heck, during the ps4 demo, I was expecting great things. But was kinda let down. Killzone looked meh, and only a tiny bit was gameplay. Falcons Panta Rhei engine looked amazing, even though it smacked of prerendered footage. But the "new ip" it was supposed to represent lacked. RePlace the dragon with ryu and make the fire out of a ha-do-ken, and people would have gone crazy. Or even make it from a resident evil game. Would be crazy. Instead of the underwhelming response it received.

So many things could have been expected. But they weren't realized there.

So we shouldn't set up our Nintendo expectations to be impossibly high either.
