We should have a limit to how many times you can change usernames.
I've been told that there's a limit of three username changes for each member.

AMAC's answer addresses one of the major issues with a multilingual section...I think there should be a spanish section of the forum for people who speak spanish and not english.
I'm fluent in Bulgarian, German, and English; but yes, moderation will be a huge problem, particularly if I cannot understand some of what is being said on my own forum in languages I don't speak. One of the problems with a Spanish, or any other language for that matter, forum would be moderating. I don't know about Feld0, but I don't speak any language other than English fluently. Pretty much everyone on here can speak English, even if it isn't their first language, so I don't think we need a multi-language section.
The other major issue with creating such a section is that it needlessly segregates the community by language. I don't see any logical reason why you'd want to keep a significant majority of this site's users out of a discussion about the Wii U only because they don't speak a language. The more people involved in a Wii U discussion, the better the conversation will be. If you want to discuss it in another language, you're free to register a domain, rent some server space, and start a Wii U forum of your own.
If your reasoning is that you'll be discussing something other than the Wii U in [insert language here], I have to remind you that this is a Wii U community, and that there are many other forums out there that will fill the niche for your topic better, anyway. The few non-Wii U sections we have here are provided purely as amenities to our memberbase.
