Before anyone asks, yes, Stormbringer is my test account, not a real user.

 

So, as many of you all have noticed, and even brought up, the staff here is small and some members are inactive.  Instead of just putting in new Super Mods without second thought, I wanted to test out an idea.  I wanted to try out section mods.

Section mods are a little different from Super mods; their powers are limited to their sections, and they cannot punish users or edit statuses.  So, after a long wait, I got in contact with several users and they will be section mods.

 

3Dude and Routerbad for the Gaming Section

 

Elric for the Cafe and the Museum

 

Chaotix for Roleplaying and Forum Games

 

Now, this idea is not permanent, if it doesn't turn out to be working, we will go back to the Super Mod and Admin system.  However, if the idea does work, we will keep the section mods.

 

Good luck to our new section mods.  I'm sure you will do well.

Why is Chaotix moderating a forum that is considered a troll/joke section?

Why is Chaotix moderating a forum that is considered a troll/joke section?

Even in that section, members need to abide by the rules.  Just because it devolved into a joke section, doesn't mean users can troll or insult each other or spam pictures of boobs.

Sounds good to me, hopefully they'll be good enough to be full mods in the future (which i'm sure of it)

I remember saying about this once before, it's good that you thinked about the idea. Now we just need an Overlord and Dicator Mod then we will be complete.

I would of had Chaotix mod General Gaming, Roleplay and Forum Games seems just frivolous.

IMO, 

 

I would of had Chaotix mod General Gaming, Roleplay and Forum Games seems just frivolous. 

I agree. They should put someone active but lesser renowned in charge of that. Chaotix should be a super mod or a high ranked section mod.
