Pikmin 3 has two secret memos hidden in every world. There are a total of 10 memos with each set of 10 being different for every game. No one knows what these secret memos do yet. Miyamoto stated to wait a bit longer to find out what they are for. What do you think these secret memos unlock?

I'm guessing  it adds more to the story mode or just free DLC.

arnt those the memos with just a #?

 

if i were to take a guess, take said # of pikmin out of the unknown in that order(left to right), then repeat for the second set of 5 #s. i would guess the order you find the levels corrisponds with the order you find pikmin. 

 

or is it quatations that it takes lots of gamers working together to find out, never paid to munch attention to the memos, except 1 just showed a big #

Well annoyingly I knew about these and wanted to collect them all. But one of them glitched on me and although I picked it up it didn't show up in my log.

 

So I gave up when I only needed to get 3 more. The reward better not be good...

Don't worry, it's not. I still can't believe how so many people thought that the whole deal was about free DLC and it turned out that there are some Olimar promotional videos.
