When it's subbed depends on the subber, and how badly they manage their time.
Reasonable lead time is about 2 or 3 days on speedsubbers, and the quality groups like to stall for months so you're waiting about a year from start to finish on a 12 episode anime.
IB's a speedsubber.

Anything new and hip?

I haven't watched anything in forever D:

Guilty Crown.
It's from last season though, the current season isn't so good.

Some decent shows this season are:
Amagami SS if you like sequels to popular shows
Another if you like interesting anime
Black Rock Shooter if you like reboots

And even those aren't especially good.

I finished Elfen Lied. That was probably one of the best anime I have ever seen! Has anyone seen it?

Elfen Lied is definitely in my Top 5 anime of all time. Also, the theme song is absolutely beautiful.

Anything from CLAMP is automatically amazing: xxxHOLiC, Tsubasa, Chobits, Cardcaptor Sakura, and everything else from CLAMP; they're just all great...

The only problem is every CLAMP character looks like a noodle.

I agree but do you think that the human race should be destroyed if this ever did unfold? Also I would have liked it a little more if they didnt end it with that hanger at the end of the show. It really needs a second season.

They made the anime before the manga was complete, so they pretty much made their own ending. If you read the manga, it's a drastically different ending.

Elfen Lied doesn't hold a light compared to many gory anime.

I recently finished Dennou Coil, which was amazing and I'm surprised it isn't as popular.
So, I am probably going to either start reading Tsukihime, or start watching the Aria series (Aria the animation, The natural, Arietta, and the Origination).
