Why don't you like death note?
It got pretty bad after episode XYZ, but on the whole it was pretty good.
Are you just one of those people who dislike it because it was insanely popular?

Nah. I just didn't like the storyline it took.

Finished watching Guilty Crown.
It wasn't too bad. Nice ending compared to all other Japanese endings ever in existence. Nice and final.

I am on episode 21 of Clannad. I like it. I am going to start after story after I finish it. I want to check out Another, as I heard it was rather good.

I was super disappointed at the end. Emphasis on disappointed. I've heard that the manga actually had a better ending. In the anime they just never ended up bothering to actually finish the whole ending.

Anyway, I recommend Another to anyone who is interested in atmospheric mystery anime. I found it pretty satisfying overall. It won't disappoint, I promise. But of course, this comes from the guy who is fascinated with dreams and the paranormal.

Right now I am starting Mahou Shoujo Madoka, since I have heard that it is kind of darker than the light appearance at first. From the first episode I can see it.




May I recommend School Days? It's a beautiful story of love.

Madoka Magica does have a dark tone to it's appearance. It'll be worth it.

Also, Mirai Nikki's ending was like watching the ending of Asura Cryin' second season.

Another is about a mysterious curse started by a class failing to acknowledge a classmate dying like 9001 years in the past.
A new student joins the class and triggers an event.

Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler.
It's worth a watch if you like a certain level of darkness, and something a little occultish.
Also a nice twist at the end.

Madoka's p. good too.
The art style was super.

Re-watched Bakemonogatari and watched Nisemonogatari.

The later felt like the autors mind-dump. Probably because it is.

I just started Code Geass. It's pretty great so far.


One of my favorite anime series. I think both seasons are equally good and intense.


Just finished re-watching Gurren Laggan. God I love that show.

Continuing to watch Madoka Magica, and starting Bakemonogatari.

Watched the ending of the latest ep of Haiyore Nyaruko San.

Poor Mahiro, I friggin wouldn't want to end up in that kind of scenario.
