I decided to check out my college's anime club and was surprised that it wasn't crap (the name anime addicts implies awful awful things).

 

Looks like I'm going to be watching Watamote (something I'm already watching), Bento (looks promising), Gosick (a series I didn't get around to finishing), Katanagatari (a series I always wanted to see), and Bakemontogatari (A series I kept putting off to watch later, plus we will also be watching Nisenmontogatari after).

 

The guys there have good taste from what I can tell so far.

i haven't watched any anime since whatever year/season Chuunibyou demo Koi ga rainbowai! aired, list animes i should look into that aired since then.

Well, I'm not sure if it was airing back then or not, but I will say several people will ask you to watch Shingeki no Kyojin/Attack on Titan.

 

I haven't really found any anime I want to watch other than that and Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi at the moment.

So I finally watched Pokemon:The Origin, even though it was a promotional show for X and Y, I still wish it was the official anime replacing Ash. I loved the Pokemon anime back then but seeing Ash loosing and being reckless over and over and over in his 5th region by like the first gym leader is just sad to watch, He lost to the first gym leader 2 times in Sinnoh, took like 5 episodes just to win and get his first badge. They should have done what the Yu-Gi-Oh series did and that's replacing the main character with someone else with a Pikachu, then once Ash returns in a certain episode fans would be like "Oh my god its Ash! He's older and has more badass pokemon!" Just like everybody was so pshyced that Yugi returned in Yu-Gi-Oh GX the movie. Instead other characters like Misty, Brock, May and Dawn have that kind of return for like 3 or 2 episodes, then you'll miss them. Hell Red had more love in Gold and Silver when you had to face him.

Agreed. I'm watching Kill La Kill and and kyoukai no konata. Both are enjoyable, from the episodes I have watched.

I'm still watching Jojo and I'll probably start Index soon. I watched a chapter of that one gigasomething anime, didn't know what the Wii was going on, decided to rage quit.

 

Zero no Tsukaima is still garbage.

 

Nowadays I read a lot more manga than I watch anime (which is why I haven't finished Jojo after like 5 months...)

I'm going to try giving several things a shot this season. 

I'm really enjoying Kill la Kill.

Kyoukai no Kanata is pretty promising so far, it's a nice change from kyoani slice of life moe girls...

 

I'm looking to give Strike the Blood, the fish anime, and pupa (ugh, an EDGY manga + Studio Deen) a chance, though.

 

 

This is the kind of stuff I read.

I can't recall a season where I have followed this much anime at once.

 

In fact, I'm gonna have to write it all down somewhere, because my mind won't be reliable when I get back from holidays, that's for sure.

Anime is getting better.
